Tim Castle - Signalling Engineer

Tim is a consultant with over 18 years of experience in the field of Railway construction and maintenance all over the UK on both Mainline and Underground for public and private sector Clients.  His track record includes; major resignalling schemes; large civils construction projects and major S&C renewal programmes.

Tim has excellent interpersonal skills and is a confident manager who has significant experience of project delivery from inception to hand back and also in problem solving. He was recently managing the Nuneaton Resignalling for Network Rail West Coast with a Project value of over £140M.  Tim is currently working for Kilborn Consulting on the Interlocking Boundaries project.
