Roger is an experienced permanent way engineer with specialist knowledge of permanent way maintenance techniques. He has over 40 years experience in both public and private sectors, including front line management and engineering experience. Roger also has significant experience in project management of multi railway engineering disciplines and an excellent knowledge of safety systems, quality systems and commercial realism.
