Alan Wiggins, MIRSE, ACMI, MIOD - Senior Signalling Engineer
Alan is an engineer with more than 20 years experience in the field of Railway Signal Engineering, Railway Civil Engineering and Railway Construction Management. He has proven project management skills and has worked on projects in the UK and overseas, including the Channel Tunnel rail link and projects in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Ireland. He is currently working with Kilborn Consulting in the production of GRIP Stage 4 studies for several projects. Alan has current PTS certification. |
