David McKeever is an experienced Railway Operations Specialist who has extensive experience of Railway Operational Planning, Current Operations and Operational Safety. During a long career with British Rail he was an Area, Divisional and Regional Operations manager for various parts of the network. In recent years he has been an independent consultant engaged on a variety of assignments, relating to railway operations and planning, for a number of railway authorities. |
