Joanne Down - BSc, Technical Support Engineer
Joanne is a BSI Trained Internal Quality Auditor, and joined Kilborn Consulting Limited in March 2001 to establish a Company Manual documenting all areas of the business, the major part of which being the implementation of the Company's BS EN ISO 9001:2000 compatible Quality Management System.
Joanne has completed the 'Yellow Book' Engineering Safety Management course and passed the associated examination. She has also passed the BS1 Basic Signalling Course and has PTS Certification. |
