Paul is an experienced railway signal engineer with effective project engineering skills. He is experienced in signalling specification, design and application of both modern and traditional signalling systems for renewal & development projects. He has experience on large resignalling project teams as well as infrastructure management teams, and has carried out extensive surveys of signalling assets using Signalling Infrastructure Condition Assessment (SICA) software models, as well as maintenance management system audits. Paul has PTS and IWA Certification and has experience in the SAT SPAD Risk Assessment tool and DA Workshop process. He is also a qualified auditor. |
